A HARD WORKOUT FOR ROWERS AND THEIR ROWING MACHINE

Our dearest Row2goers,

Just in case you need to be mentally tenderized, and your muscles made
as mush, we have a workout for you. Since we categorize workout
intensity levels into three: "beginner", "medium", and "hard", this
one is filed under HARD!

The workout was filmed yesterday at the rowing studio at 8AM. We had
great enjoyment announcing the workout. Although a harder workout does
not come as a total surprise to the 8AM crowd, but this one has a
special edge to it :-).

The 9AM workout was far more peaceful, we still went beyond 10K by
listening to the SITAR played by Ravi Shankar, it was awesome too. So
my next workout will be with this type of music as a beginner
workout.
