I completed another workout which I put on the web. I love rowing and
talking at the same time. Don't start thinking that if I talk I can't
pull too. I announced my meters throughout the workout so you can
pace with me.
Here is the beginning description of the workout the rest you find on
Row2go: "Our workout consisted of a technical warm up followed by a
pyramid of 2 minute pieces ranging from stroke rate 20-22-24-26-28.
At that point we switched the lengths of the pieces to 1 minute and
worked our way up through.....
