xeno, how low can my hands go on recovery..should the draw/recovery
height diff be small or can i pass the handle fairly close to my knees
on the recovery (without letting my head dip of course)?

it feels more natural to let the arms return fairly low but i'm
wondering if i'm committing a major technique violation...lol

i've been trying to maintain a subtle diff instead, but my arms feel
"lost in space" (lack of reference) on the return...hope i'm
articulating my concerns well enough

thnx haas

My hands are as low as the top deck of the waterrower on the recovery.
