thought it might be interesting to post some raw data and gauge how it
went seeing as i row "alone"..lol

notes: felt like a med. plus exertion, no intestinal
turbulence ..lol..pushed pushed hard the last min, prob could have
made it two

found a neat calculator at http://www.concept2.com/us/interactive/calculators/weight_adjustment.asp
my adjusted distance would be 2770 m sounds better than the 2490 i
actually rowed
funny the calculator doesn't account for height, seems like an
important variable

Nice reality check. Not quite the scrape that the 14k of "Hanson"
intervals are, but hard enough. Using the C2 weight adjustment
calculator it comes to 3,032 M. The mass differential makes sense,
but I also wonder about height (or lack thereof). Time for a
beer...
