Thanks for the update. It's exciting to hear that you'll be adding to
the workout library again this Fall.
If you're fielding requests for updates, I have two:
- Love, love, love the 10 to 100 strokes workout that you did with
Lynn ages ago. Any chance you can update that one and add a warmup and
cooldown? That workout always makes me feel so powerful. If it was on
video, the tape would be worn out.
- My second request is for a new circuit training workout. My arms
are normally pretty wimpy, but not when I'm rowing one round of
circuit training a week. It would be great to have an updated workout
to surprise my body on strength training day.

great work!
