Hi,

As it is not possible to cover the entire topics, i recommend the
slides at http://authors.phptr.com/tanenbaumcn4/powerPoint/coverPagePowerPoint.html
along with that textbook (which could be downloaded online) as the
author has contributed significantly to Computer Networks and OS since
early 1960s.
