Sorry, where can I find the xdxf drafts?

But the page was not available. I got the 404 error.

If you visit XDXF official site (http://xdxf.revdanica.com/), you would see that URL to xdxf draft leads to https://github.com/soshial/xdxf_makedict/tree/master/format_standard.

May I ask, what do you need XDXF for? Just curiousity :)

That is very nice to hear. But be warned that a lot of existing dics are in the old format and not in the new one.
Unfortunately I don't have written the converter yet.
