Link to article under different name?

Hi, is there a tag to link an article but change the name in the text? Like that:

In the text is written "Lamp" and I want to link it to "Piano" but the name "Lamp" should still appear in the text. Something like the href in html?

Just add an ID to def tag (that you want to link to) and use attribute idref.
