makedict build for windows

Hi,

i can't build makedict for windows.

I have a some of errors.

Thanks for your help.

not found libmpc-3.dll

not found libmpfr-4.dll

not found libgmp-10.dll

The C compiler identification is unknown

The CXX compiler identification is unknown

Hi!
You should have a working build environment which is out of the makedict's/xdxf scope. Ask mingw community
