[xdocreport 1.0.5 - itext5 - ODT > PDF] Page number not incremented in header or footer [issue 125 on github]

Hi,

I use xdocreport 1.0.5 with itext5

Steps to reproduce this issue :

Create an odt document with more than 2 pages
Add a header (or footer)
Insert into the header (or footer) a page number field

In the rendered PDF file, page number is not incremented.
Only the page number of the first page is right.

Could you help me to resolve this issue ?
