xdbe project status?

Hi folks

Just learning about XdbE, and seems like an interesting and well-
motivated project. IMHO there is only one social graph, it connects
everyone alive with everyone who came before; it is reflected into the
Web but is not the same thing as any particular Web site's 'social
network'.

XdbE seems similar in spirit to the FOAF effort which I started but it
seems you are focussing more on software/service infrastructure,
rather than on data formats. Is that correct? As this mailing list is
rather quiet, could someone offer an update? Where have you got to so
far, and what do you have planned for the near future? Is any code
available yet?
