First, I love xCSS

Maybe you can implement a feture, that detect the browser and version and add the Extension to the new CSS3 Fetures, for Example

div{

 border-radius: 5px;

}

Comiled for Safari:

div{

 -webkit-border-radius: 5px;

}

Compiled for Mozilla:

div{

 -moz-border-radius: 5px;

}
