Thanks for the candid note, and we certainly understand your frustration. We suffered a partial disk failure that affected the 3 day point forecasts. This was discovered yesterday and the rebuild took longer than expected. The failure was of a nature that we decided to keep all other services running (with the exception of the 3 day point forecasts) while the problem could be repaired. During that time, all map forecasts and layers were current.
The problem is now resolved and all forecasts for routes and points should be fully operational within the hour (3 day point forecasts returning).
