How to create automatic email´s mentioned in the tutorial?

When you select the tutorial option in the main page of XCSkies (http://www.xcskies.com/public/tutorials/quickcast/tutorial.html), it´s writen:

Quickcasts will become the backbone for the following:

. Creating automatic emails that send you morning updates on when certain routes or points match defined criteria.

Could someone please help and inform how to create this automatic email? A practical example will be a must!
