Anomalies in spatial Updraft Velocities and Top of Usable Lift

What I show in the screen capture is something we usually see in this same area (attached and embedded)

The area is a little bit under 200 km on the longitude and a little bit over 100 km on the latitude

Also the heart of that area is not flown (big Paraná river delta)   

Probably some anomaly in some grid points for soil and vegetation type, or heat flux capacity

Reality?

We fly around the borders of that area and also some 40 km south of it

Conditions sometimes become a mix of what is shown, sometimes the northern forecasted condition is present in our flying area, sometimes the southern one

Anybody has seen something similar in other areas?

Missing info ... it is flats there and 500 km all around (pampas)
