Java Skew-T Problems with modern browsers and operating systems

Is it possible for the Skew-T charts to point to the NOAA HTML5 data, as at least in my case, I can't get either Chrome or Micosoft Edge on my Windows 10 laptops to work with the Java based charts.
Is XC Skies being actively developed these days?
