What: Ski Weekend in the glacier of Les Diablerets OR Snowshoeing for
beginners
When: Saturday 7th to Sunday 8th of December 2013.
Meeting point : 07:15 AM on Saturday at the train station of Lausanne.
We will be back around 19:15 on Sunday at the same place.
What to bring: ski equipment, lunches for Saturday and Sunday (optional),
warm clothes, a sleeping bag, bring your favourite drink for the CRAZY party
on saturday night
Ski Price : 150 CHF with ESN Card, 160 CHF without ESN Card
Snowshoeing price: 70 CHF with ESN Card, 80 CHF without ESN Card
Registration: Xchange desk from Monday 25.11 until Wednesday 04.12

L'hiver approche, les montagnes commencent à
s'enneiger et il est temps de profiter de ton séjour
en Suisse au MAXIMUM pour aller skier ou si tu es débutant, pour faire une
super marche en raquettes et découvrir toutes les merveilles des Alpes!

Le week-end du 7 au 8 décembre, Xchange ESN Lausanne t’invite aux
Diablerets!!!

Voici les points importants à retenir:

Pour le ski: Prix 150.- avec carte ESN, 160.- sans carte ESN.
Pour les raquettes: 70.- avec carte ESN, 80.- sans carte ESN.

- Inscription dès le lundi 25 novembre jusqu'au mercredi 4 decembre au
bureau de Xchange, qui se trouve à l’Amphipôle et qui est ouvert de 12h
à 14h tous les jours. Ou inscriptions par Paypal:

- Inclus dans le prix: le voyage en train, le souper du samedi soir, le
petit-déjeuner du dimanche, le logement au chalet, les forfaits de ski pour
les skieurs (2 jours au Glacier) et une INCROYABLE FÊTE le samedi soir!

- A prendre: l'équipement de ski, de quoi manger sur les pistes le samedi et
le dimanche midi (optionel), des vêtements chauds et vos boissons pour la
fête samedi soir ;)

- Il y aura des couvertures et coussins au Chalet mais on te conseille de
prendre ton sac de couchage.

- Si vous voulez louer du matériel sportif, rendez-vous le vendredi 6
decembre au Flon (l’heure te sera commmuniqué au moment de
l’inscription). Attention il ne sera pas possible de louer du matériel aux
Diablerets.
Les prix pour louer les équipements seront les suivants:
Ski, bâtons et chaussures 55 CHF
Snowboard et boots 55 CHF

N'oubliez pas de donner votre niveau de ski, votre taille, poids, pointure et
équipement désiré
lors de l'inscription.

Hello Party People!

Winter is coming, snow is starting to cover the mountains
and it's time for you to make the most of your Erasmus trip and to discover
the
beauty of the Swiss Alps while skiing or snowshoeing!

The 7th and the 8th of December, Xchange ESN invites you to Les Diablerets
for two days of ski and fun.

Here are the important things to remember:

Ski Price: 150 CHF with ESN Card, 160 CHF without ESN Card
Snowshoeing Price: 70 CHF with ESN Card, 80 CHF without ESN Card

- Registrations are from Monday 25th of November until Wednesday 4th of
December at the Office of Xchange located in the Amphipole. Open Hours noon
to 2 PM.

- Included in the price: Trip by train, Saturday’s dinner, Sunday’s
breakfast, the night in the chalet, and the Ski passes for the skiers (2 days
in the glacier) and an INCREDIBLE party Saturday night.

-What to bring: ski equipment, your lunch for Saturday and Sunday (optional),
warm clothes and your drinks for the party on Saturday night ;)

Help us make Saturday night the best one musically by contributing your music

- There will be covers in the chalet but we strongly suggest you to bring
your sleeping bag.

- If you want to rent ski equipment, we will meet the 6th of December at Flon
(the exact time will be communicated when you register).
Note that renting in Diablerets is not possible.
The prices for the rent will be the followings :
Ski, poles and ski boots 55 CHF
Snowboard and boots 55 CHF

Don't forget to mention your ski level, choice between ski or snowboard, your
height, weight, and shoe size.
