Milo: 刚刚大脸猫向我反映她从9月2号起就没所有收到任何关于NPO的讨论，麻烦你帮忙查一下是否还有其他人也没收到，并将相关邮件转发给他们。
另外，她所提出的公布05年会员名单的动议，目前没有得到任何反馈，希望能够答复。谢谢 David

我不明白公布RCA的部分会员名单有什么意义或目的. 如果有会员有意得到完整的RCA会员名单, 请按照公司法的规定完成相应步骤. 请原谅我提到
公司法, 现在稍有疏忽都可能给咱们惹上法律上的麻烦.
306.(1)No shareholder or member or creditor or the agent or legal
representative of any of them shall make or cause to be made a list of
all or any of the shareholders or members of the corporation, unless
the person has filed with the corporation or its agent an affidavit of
such shareholder, member or creditor in the following form in English
or French, and, where the shareholder, member or creditor is a
corporation, the affidavit shall be made by the president or other
officer authorized by resolution of the board of directors of such
corporation:

公布05年的会员名单，我无所谓。反正之前我已经email 给你和sailor 了，变不了的。只是我不知道向所有人公开会员名单，合不合乎法律，请
大家明示。

什么叫部分会员？现在参与讨论的36个人就是全部会员。前面我已经说过了，针对Sailor 所说的另外33个人，作为晚会义工（哪怕不是义工），他们
有申请成为会员的权力。但是我反对未经授权在私人网站上招募方式，在董事会没有批准批准之前，他们顶多算 Member Candidate.

既然现在言出必法，这里是公司法的相应条款：

Admission to membership

124.(1)Subject to subsection (2), a person or unincorporated
association may be admitted to membership in a corporation by
resolution of the board of directors, but the letters patent,
supplementary letters patent or by-laws may provide that such
resolution is not effective until it has been confirmed by the members
in general meeting. R.S.O. 1990, c. C.38, s. 124 (1); 1994, c. 27, s.
78 (6).

俺真切的糊涂了，说咱NPO正式吧，咱经常不按章程办事，比如好几年没开会员大会了等等；说咱NPO不正式吧，作为会员(我自认为我自己是已经批准的会
员，咱表也添了，当时的RCA讨论区咱也是参加讨论的，除了07年底的晚会外之前各界晚会咱也都是义工，而且，上界晚会我为什么没有做义工在现在就不用
提了吧)难道真的没有权力知道一下到底我和什么人共同拥有这个组织，共同讨论组织的去向么？对于真的要认真对待这个NPO而不是拿它当个壳子的人来说，
这个意义难道还不够大？

如果说需要走法律程序如斯，是不是有朝某日真的召开了会员大会，每个会员还得宣誓若干然后才能进会场看见诸位同仁何等长相呢？民主到了这地步，如果连群
众都不觉得自己有权力，反而觉得除了被胁制而没有任何权力，这民主也就和遮羞布没啥区别了，那就还是扯下来了事吧。

另外，关于分行李，如果考虑晚会的盈余是阶段性的，那咱阶段性的分？比如，05年的会员分05年及以前的盈余？08年的会员分07年以后的盈余？其实，
真的是钱的问题么？也是，也不是。钱，是属于全体的，无论是捐献的还是活动的盈余，是和每个义工分不开的，所以，这绝对不是个人的，甚至应该说不应该只
为NPO部分活动服务(if you know what i mean)，而应该为全部活动使用的。所以，如果要高尚，那咱都很绅士淑女的坦诚的谈，
如果要nasty ，那么我们大可扯破面皮和遮羞布，按资历，按贡献，按功劳etc etc.干脆把行李全分了，然后各回各山头，井水不犯河水。
