To All Botwav Cultural Association members:

鉴于Sailor Zhang 公然违背违背会员们的共同决议，破坏和平解决问题的努力，滥用职权，随意剥夺会员的正当权利。经董事会研究决定，于9月
20日举行特别会员大会，针对将
Sailor Zhang 开除出董事会的动议进行投票，并根据投票结果采取相应措施。

具体时间、地址将于9月18日晚通知给大家。不能到场出席的会员，可以打印所附投票，在会议结束前递交。

To All Members:

As announced in last night, a Botwav Cultural Association Special
Meeting will be held at Ellesmere Community Centre, on September 20th,
from 2:30pm to 3:30pm. Ellesmere Community Centre is located at 20
Canadian Road, Scarborough, ON.

We encourage all members to attend the meeting. It's a valuable
opportunity to share your thoughts as well as contribute to the future
of BCA. As the major agenda of this meeting, all members will confirm
by votes on one resolution to remove a director that was passed by the
Board of Directors.

Attached is your vote. Please note that if no response has been
received from you by the end of the meeting, we will take that as you
have abstained your vote at this meeting and will admit all the
resolutions passed by those who have voted.

Please show me the sections in the Corporations Act of Ontario
regarding the removal of a current director's office, if there is any.


If you are not able to present such sections, your motion is illegal.
