Background:
Most of you know, although many may not, the X-Cats are participating in this year’s FIRST Innovation Challenge, a virtual program in which we’re developing a solution to a real world problem which fulfills the following :
Identify a problem or opportunity and design a solution to help people (or a community of people) keep, regain, or achieve optimum physical and/or mental health and fitness through active play or movement.
We took up this challenge, and are developing an app which will bring people together, using local spaces and facilities, to workout, get fit, and earn badges and incentives while doing so. The app is intended to not only provide low- and no-cost physical fitness opportunities, but to do so in a way that brings the community together.
So we want to know if the product idea is sound, and if it will suit. Your survey responses, and those of your friends, families and social network, will help us do so.
