Notes from last night's All-Mentor-Meeting

We covered a lot of ground – if you could not attend last night, please read over the notes.

 

There’s a specific topic – Buckeye Regional attendance – that we need to come to terms with – we’ll be calling a special meeting for that one – keep your eyes on Slack.

 

We have a sizeable team this year (yay!) – and we’re going to need to step up our game accordingly so we’re sure the students have a great experience.

 

ALSO – we don’t have the time or energy to call-around to the mentors to remind everyone of meetings, SO:

 

Now we’re into the real season, here’s what we ask:

• If you cannot make a mentor or leadership team meeting, please email or Slack message Jan and DaTwan
• Make every attempt to attend if you could; one mentor was home feeling sick last night, but called in and we were able to include her – so that’s always an option
• If you cannot make a student-mandatory meeting, email or slack message Jan and Datwan, and
• Connect with another leader in your sub-team, and make sure you have your students covered.

 

We have a really great group of recruits – and an opportunity to make a huge impact on these kids.

 

This is going to be a great year, everyone – can’t wait!
