Xcache and caching of same files in different paths

I was wondering if Xcache can cache the same files which are stored in different paths. For example, I own a vps where I host two Drupal 7.22 sites. Each site is a Apache virtual host, and the Drupal core files are stored in different paths. Is Xcache smart enough to understand that the same files reside in different directories and cache them once? Looking at the admin section of Xcache (list of cached php files), it seems to me that this is not the case. If it is not indeed, could this feature make it in a todo list for a future Xcache release?

This is an unique feature of XCache and is supported since 2.0, and well supported since 3.0.3 (i.e. with bugs fixed)

Ok, that's good to hear. But why am I seeing the same Drupal core files twice as cached in the Xcache admin pages? Eg. I see the same file twice and with different hash values.
