An idea for MOBTS 2023

Dear All,

I am belatedly thinking of doing a virtual session for MOBTS 2023 as I can’t attend in person.

The idea that appealed to me is this suggestion from the organisers - 

• Using 50 years of archival resources from the Journal of Management Education or Management Teaching Review, present a curation of a teaching method in a particular domain. Such a presentation will remind our MOBTS community of the corpus of resources that is available for today’s educator needs.

However, I wouldn’t limit the session materials to the JME materials as we have collectively published elsewhere as well.

Is anyone else interested in joining in this idea? And if so, what would you like to have the session be like?

I have asked for an extension and have some breathing space, but if you are interested in contributing to a virtual session can you let me know asap please.

I am doing an in-person session at the international conference here in Sydney next week – will focus on CAO (of course) but still preparing for that one.

There is also an MOBTS International event in St Andrews in the summer

Deadline 17/2/23 for a paper

Not sure if it has a virtual component, and may not have that specific call of MOBTS23

I'm not going to either, but if my colleague Martin Rich and I are accepted for St Andrews, he will attend physically so might be able to represent another project too.
