How to add torrent to tracker?

I'm writing a front-end for XBTT on Rails. Currently i stuck on adding torrents to XBBT. I thought that adding record to xbt_files with correct hash in info_hash and current timestamp in mtine and ctime will be enough. But after i add such record i still see "
torrents 0" in :2710/statistics
What am i loosing?

Also what should be the announce link? Is it correct to put it like this

`#{server_addr}:2710/#{announce.info_hash}/announce`

so it result in something like `46.185.60.247:2710/12aa583e73f3b22f139f2baa1bd6918e4f7c9235/announce`

XBTT will show torrents 0 until somebody has activity on a torrent. Connect your client to it and it should go up.
