Need help with Fight Night Round 3

What the hell??
Ok, so I am trying to earn the fast and cheap achievements and I was
told to try FNR3. So I'm playing through, get the first 100 from the
Under Armor match and move on to the Dodge match. I am dominating
through the whole thing until suddenly it gets stopped and the
opponent is listed as the winner and I am dropped right into the
Burger King line now. Can I go back and fight the Dodge match again to
earn those achievement points or am I just SOL?

Yes, you can go back and fight the match again. The reason it was probably stopped is because you used to many illegal hits. Don't elbow, headbutt or punch below the belt to many times or the match goes to your opponent.

That's just it. I knew about illegal moves so I make it a point not to
go near that button. Just seemed odd. Now how do I go back and do
that? I can't find an option for it. Thank you for the help
