One route you could go is with Videora.

A buddy of mine introduced this to me recently. It requires a lot of
front end work at first but could be a solution.

The other night I went through a could of different solutions for
streaming. Streaming is a great idea, but is super complicated. I got
this all set-up and functioning so that I could access the stream on my
360 but then it would come up and give me an error. I might have done
something wrong, but I'm pretty sure that I did it right. I did it on
my wife's PC and it was super complicated.

My main focus is that I want to try and stay with the Connect360
software and be able to convert my video files to the right format for
it to understand. I have sent a message to Nullriver to see if they
will come and join the discussion.
