ABC iView v1.3.0 now available to fix streaming issues

Looks like ABC are moving to a new method of streaming (Maybe HD?) which is breaking iView for some users of the XBMC add-on.

I've just released v1.3.0 which included a hack to ensure we keep using the old method which still works.

If you're using the XBMC CatchUP TV AU repository, then you should get the update automatically. 

If not, grab the latest repository ZIP from here https://code.google.com/p/xbmc-catchuptv-au/ and set it up. You can then install (or update) iView from there.
