New build! with 4.3 hardware acceleration!

As usual, Davilla pulls through and figured out the ios 4.3 stuff. I
tested it on my ATV2 and life seems good, but let us know if it's not.
Also this build rev'd the database version again, so if youre using
remote library, the new win32/osx nightlies use v49, as does this
build.

As stated in the forum, the only thing I'll be supporting is redoing
the entire db. It rev's too much to try to do a upgrade script.
