Tracking Tooltip demo

Hi all,

I've been updating the xsed editor and came across this example of 

creating a tracking tooltip which can be placed anywhere within the

tracked control. See attached file.

Also, let me know if you have any suggestions/fixes/improvements/new features you would like to see in the xsed editor and I will see what I can do.
