I have now had a proper look at this and have produced a working simplified version together with some testing.

The comments in the attached file should explain what I have done.

The randomiser is high quality and very fast.

Awesome, thanks Alan! I completely forgot about the ROTATEL () intrinsic, yikes, that tells you how much

I have forgotten. Also the ULONG errors where completely confusing me. Thanks for figuring all this out,

especially since it seems like such a simple algorithm.
