General Comment:
Oops! MapppedByteBuffer#force() should be called when the page has a
dirty flag on.

I was using BigDocumentTable instead of MemoryMappedDocumentTable for
loading documents.

MemoryMappedDocumentTable is not suitable design for loading documents.
Should be fixed.
