why there is squrt(2) in urms calculation?

Hi,

I just can't understand why there is sqrt(2) in urms calculation which
is the only difference to the uorb??

As to me, the root mean root-mean-sqrt has already include in Hrms. So
why we still need the sqrt(2)? Does this have some relation to the
definition of Trep?


Any ideas are strongly welcomed.
