Minutes of the First meeting of the Working Committee members of SXCCAA North-East Chapter, held on 27th April, 2014 at Guwahati. 

Members present :- 

1. Mr Asad Ahmed - Working Committee Member

2. Mr Harshad Sanganeria - Working Committee Member

3. Mr Jaswinder Singh - Working Committee Member- 

4. Mr Sanjay Bajpai - Working Committee Member

5. Mr Saurav Choudhury.  - Working Committee Member

6. Mr Vikram Agarwal  - Special Invited member

7. Mr Ravi Agarwal - Special Invited member

8. Ms Pooja Sutodiya  - Convenor cum Working Committee Member

Chair called the meeting to order. 
Introduction in detail about each member present for the meeting.
The Agenda for the meeting was read :-

  To form a strong and cohesive group of Xaverians from the North-East India.

  Decide the Aim and the future course of action of the chapter. 
  
•  To Strengthen size of the SXC Alumni body.
  

Briefing

Aim of the North-East Chapter to be decided upon in the due course having suggestion and discussion amongst all members of the Chapter.

Invite and guide as many Xavierians to register as Life Members of St Xavier's College Calcutta Alumni Association and be active in the Seven Sisters Chapter's activities.

Core committee meeting to be held on the last Sunday of every month for the next three months, proposed by Mr Asad Ahmed and seconded by Mr Sanjay Bajpai

Facebook page to be created and administered by Mr Harshad Sanganeria. Interactive and initiative forum page for all members. Proposed by Mr Vikram Agarwal and Seconded by Mr Ravi Agarwal.

Mr Harshad appointed the Membership Drive leader by all members present.

Press releases and photographs of the event shared.

Word of gratitude to Mr Sanjay Bajpai for the office space, to hold the working committee meetings.
