Dear Members,
Presenting you the Minutes of the meeting held on 23 November 2014
at 12 noon at Gymkhana Club, Guwahati.
Members present
1. Mr Jayanta Borooah
2. Mr. Vikram Aditya Chaudhury
3. Mr Sanjai bajpai
4. Mr Saurav Chaudhury
5. Mr Jaswinder Singh
6. Ms Pooja Sutodiya
Meeting called to order by the Chair.
1. The Membership form of the NE Chapter was presented to the working
committee for suggestions.
2. The members approved the format of the form and few enrolled
themselves as well.
3. Mr. Jaswinder to prepare the official email Id for the chapter and
sync all the contacts with the same.
4. Mr Vikram Aditya proposed to put up a banner outside the Gymkhana
while the meeting hours, Mr Sanjay to take permission from the club
authority.
6. Mr Jayanta , Mr Saurav and Mr Sanjay shall meet to decide upon the
memorandum of the chapter before the Open meeting
7. Memorandum and Life Membership to the NE Chapter to be presented to
the NE Chapter members on 14th December 2014.
8.President, Vice President and Secretary to the Chapter to be decided
on the day of Open meeting.
9. Registration of the chapter under the Society's Act to be processed
once the Memorandum is approved by all members on Open meeting day.
Meeting adjourned.
