Dear Mr Hasan,

We humbly request you for suggestions and guidance for laying a strong foundation to our SXCCAA North-East India Alumni chapter at Guwahati.
We are proposing to register our chapter under the Societies Act. We are in the process of getting all our alumni to brainstorm on the same. Before which we would like to seek yours and the Honourable President of the SXCCAA for the due approval for the proposal.

We wish to get the chapter registered as we wish to ensure a strong foundation before deciding on the fund raising Cultural event which we are planning to hold soon.

If you may on approval, specify few relevant clauses from our SXCCAA's Memorandum & Association Article along with attaching softcopy  or mailing the hardcopy of the same, which we could incorporate in ours. 

We would even like to express our gratitude to you and the entire body of SXCCAA for all the inspiration and support you always give us.
