Dear Xaverians,

I hereby request all to decide on the day of the week preferrably the last week of the month and a venue so as to plan the Meets which shall be held every month so as to give all xaverians space and time to meet and rejoice about their good days.

Prior approval from our President Rv Father Felix has been taken.

Xaverians I am looking forward to an enthusiastic response.

Dear Xavierians,

Father Dominic, wishes us all well and gives us his warm regards.

Been a while since we all met, if all agree to meet tomorrow for a while to discuss how must we take our matters forward since we all have come to a unexpected standstill, would be good for all.

We must get in touch with new alumnis and give out adverts on various North east newspapers to strenghten our Chapter.

Venue may be decided upon as we agree to meet, at a time best suited maybe early evening at 4 pm to keep things at ease for

all.

Formal meeting and minutes shall be recorded. Your presence and including new sxc alumnis to the meeting will be highly appreciated.

Dear Xaverians,

Happy to receive few mails, as we still look forward to all getting together, we must go ahead as suggested by creating a group on whatsapp for better communications to begin with and then after meet as per the decided date, place and time.

Someone who has all member numbers kindly make the group, meanwhile I shall get in touch with college to provide us new alumni list whom we shall then in touch with to add to our strength.

Looking forward to strong chapter. Shall ask college to bring out adverts in various north east states.
