SXCCAA North-East India Chapter - Important Notice

Dear Members,

I write you all and seek your kind attention for mentioned below. We are looking forward to hold a Fund Raising Event in the next few months and we need to ensure a strong foundation before we do the same. 

I thereby even plan to invite members who would like to be a part of the Event in our upcoming committee meeting. If you may mail us your suggestion as asked for below and even mail me your interest for the invitation to the meeting.

All Members of the Chapter to give their suggestion for formulating the Agenda of Chapter, pondering upon the following :-

1. Foster and Strengthen a spirit of camaraderie amongst the alumni & maintain loyalty to our Alma Mater's Agenda.

2. Promote networking opportunity to its members

3. Support the Parent  organisation's goal and contribute to the development of the community in the North-East.

Committee members, our meeting is due in a few days and the work decided upon is yet to be completed. Thereby I am specifically listing the work-in-hand so that all concerned members speed up the work and mail their feedback before the meeting. We shall decided upon the final date of Meeting accordingly.

Work-in-hand :- 

Working Committee members to look into the following :-  

1. Treasure - Mr Jaswinder Singh 

- To follow up with the re-reimbursement amount to Mr Ravi Agarwall with respect to the Launch account.

2. Membership Drive Leader - Mr Harshad Sanganeria

Facebook
-All members to be invited and added.
- To be updated every week or two 
- Random topics like College ranking; any interesting article of SXC; membership    etc on Fb as updates.
- Membership advert 
- Sending one via mail to all so they can simply post it on their personal page
 
 Twitter account
- password and username to be shared with all in the next meeting and updates by whoever so desires keeping in mind certain things which you may put it across to all committee members, from the view point of no offensive update to be made. 
 
 LinkedIn profile
- to be updated inviting all members
- adding all related groups
- other related groups which would benefit our members.
 
 Various main newspaper from all seven states with their contact and advert posting charges/procedure

- Please find the Advert copy attached
- Mr Hasan to be contacted for the same for possibility and follow-ups
 I have formally got in touch with him for the same so you may do the needful as per your Membership Drive strategy .
 

• Looking for avenues where we can ask to spread the word like done in Gymkhana club in Jorhat before the Launch and even Assam Valley School to a certain extent.
• Any other strategy you feel you can would be good for Membership Drive
• You may ask Mr Jaswinder and Mr Sourav or any other member of the chapter to help you with the same. Due credit would be given to all. Our Aim should succeed.
  

3. Advisor to the Chapter - Mr Asad Ahmed

  - Sir, if you may please send me the draft mail for taking forward our Chapter's registration under Societies Act .

  - Please mention the requirement for the SXCCAA's Memorandan and other required documentation copy.

  - Please find the attachment of the Societies Act Form herewith.

4. Mr Aditya Vikram Choudhury

  - If you may help Mr Asad Ahmed in the registration process.

  - CA Anil Jain Mobile no. 9435071316 has opted to help us with the registration as well. If you may kindly get in touch with him for his valuable advice.

5. Mr Sanjay Bajpai

  - Thank you sir, for having collected the SXCCAA Letter heads copy for the making of our Letter Head.

I hereby request you all to read the thread mail carefully. Mail me your progress report, as well members are requested to send in their interest mail for the meeting wherein we shall decide on various important matters of the chapter.

The meeting date would be decided accordingly, as I wish to hold meeting which are result oriented. We wish to make few very important foundation laying decision in our committee meeting and your presence, work, and point of view would be important to us.

Dear Members,

The upcoming Committee Meeting shall be an Open to all members Meeting.

We are looking forward to conclude on few major foundation laying objectives along with deciding on the Grand Fund Raising Cultural event we plan to hold in near future. 

Confirmed Date, Time and Venue of the meeting would be circulated soon. Tentative date as I may propose would be 3rd August, 2014 in Guwahati at 11 AM.
