Meeting called to order by Chair
1. Memorandum of Association read and finalized upon making the required changes.
2. St Xavier's College (Calcutta) Alumni Association-North East finalized as the official name.
3. Life membership enrollment done. Paid members list hereunder-

4. Fr. Principal of St.Xavier's College,Calcutta and President of SXCCAA will be the President for the Association.
5. Board members and Core Committee as follows:
Mr. A. Ahmed selected as the Working President.
Mr. Sanjay Bajpai selected as the Secretary.
Ms. Kalpana Kakati selected as the Treasurer.
Ms. Pooja Sutodiya selected as the Convenor.
Mr. Devajit Sharma selected as the Joint Treasurer.

5. As per the telephonic conversation with Mr Hasan, the mail from the Calcutta Alumni to be sent to Mr. Devajit Sharma along-with the amended MoA.
6. Life Membership Enrollment Receipt Book to be printed and receipts to be handed out to the the relevant members.
7. Next open meet scheduled to be held on 11th January 2015.
