Dear Fellow Xaverian,

 

Season’s Greetings from St. Xavier’s College (Calcutta) Alumni Association (SXCCAA).

 

As you all may be aware that your Association has successfully completed 6 back-to-back Beyond Boundaries namely in Bangkok, Dubai, Singapore, London, Melbourne and Toronto.

 

Your Association also had its First edition of National Convention (Looking Beyond-I) in Goa last year which was also a very successful event with a large participation from our members from all over India and Abroad.

 

This year the National Convention (Looking Beyond-II) would be held at Jaipur, popularly known as the pink city of India from 14^th Oct’16 – 17^th Oct’16 which will include all possible Fellowship-cum-Networking Activities but above all it will emphasize upon chalking the roadways towards the accomplishment of SXC Vision 2020, as conceived by the President of our Association, Rev. Fr. Dr. J. Felix Raj SJ & the one we all are attuned with.

 

A tentative itinerary of the same will look like as follows:

 

14^th Oct 2016, Friday –Check in at Hotel Le Meridien at Jaipur.

7pm – 8pm - Registration.

8pm onwards - Welcome Dinner and fellowship along with Traditional Rajasthani Musical Program

 

15^th Oct 2016, Saturday – Breakfast at Hotel & Proceed for Conference.

Inaugural session

10am – 11am – Inaugural

11am – 11:15am – Tea / Coffee Break

11:15am – 12:30pm – Pre Lunch Session

12:30pm – 1:30pm – Lunch Break (at the Conference venue)

1:30pm – 3:15pm – Post Lunch Session

3:15pm – 3:30pm – Tea / Coffee Break

 Evening Session

7pm Onwards – Felicitation Program, followed by XPL & Gala Dinner.

 

16^th Oct 2016, Sunday – Breakfast at Hotel.

10:00am – 11:00am - All Chapter Meet

11.30am – 01.00pm – Visit to Amer Fort

01:30pm – 02:30pm - Lunch Break

02.30pm onwards – Departure for City Tour

08:00pm Onwards – Musical program followed by Farewell Dinner.

 

17^th Oct 2016, Monday - Breakfast at Hotel followed by Group transfer to Jaipur Airport.

 

Note: Detail minute to minute programme will be circulated later.

 

This is the second time that we are coming up with such kind of meet & we are expecting an overwhelming response from all of you, so that the fellow members of SXCCAA can spend time together with their families.

 

The Package Rates, Booking Information & other details are as follows:

 

1)    Option 1: Rs. 30,000/- per person in Twin Sharing / Double Occupancy Basis, which includes to & fro CCU-JAI-CCU Airfare; Airport transfer in group to and from hotel; 3 nights Hotel Accommodations in a Superior Deluxe Category Hotel with All Meals; Conference, Entertainment programme, City tour.

 

2)    Option 2: Rs. 18,300/- per person in Twin Sharing / Double Occupancy Basis, which includes 3 nights Hotel Accommodations in a Superior Deluxe Category Hotel with All Meals, Conference, Entertainment programme, City tour.

 

3)    Option 3: Rs. 6,000/- per person, which includes Welcome Dinner on 14^th Oct, Conference with Lunch at Conference Venue on 15^th Oct, Cultural Program & Gala Dinner on 15^th Oct, Lunch with Group on 16^th Oct, City tour, Musical program followed by Farewell Dinner on 16^th Oct.

 

Please note that the rates for single occupancy / child with extra bed / child without extra bed will be informed later. Booking amounts are given below (Booking starts from 01.06.2016):–

For Option 3: Rs. 6000/- per person cheque are required to be issued in favour of “St. Xavier’s College (Calcutta) Alumni Association”.

 

We have blocked limited group tickets. As such the members are requested to book their tickets at the earliest. The booking would be made on first come first basis.
