[xauth] XAuth test hosts?

I am learning to use OAuth and XAuth and I would like to find a test
host that can confirm that my code is working. I was working against
the Twitter API but you need to request access for XAuth on their
service. I would prefer to have a test service that does nothing other
than allow me to log into a dummy account and get an access token once
my code is working properly. It would help if the test service
returned helpful error messages, such as letting me know if I am
missing a required parameter or a parameter value is invalid or
incorrect.

Are there any test hosts available already?
