Only allow oauth login

I have oauth login configured and working well, but I'd like users to be taken directly to the oauth signin page and not given the option of entering a username and password. 

The default login page requires an extra click to get to "login with..." and it is confusing to users.

Is there a straightforward way to only allow oauth logins?
