Is Xataface is de facto unmaintained at this point? I don't believe there has been any development in 10 months, nor any responses from Steve to the group in a while. To be clear, developing a tool like this is a lot of work, and we're indebted for what Steve made. But I am wondering what the future of Xataface is, without any active maintainers. I recognize I'm only here with questions, not help or solutions.

Hi John,

This is a hard question.  I don't want to let it die, but I've been swamped lately and haven't had a chance to spend much time on it.

The PHP 8 support will require some refactoring - and that is just time-consuming work that I haven't had an opportunity to take on.
