Curly braces and other problems

I've been moving a couple of old applications to a new server, and building a new one recently. Along the way I've come across a few things I've had to change in the Xataface code to get it to work. Most relate to curly braces being used to access array elements, no longer supported in PHP 8. I'm using Xataface 3.0.3 and PHP 8.1.2. Attached is what I've found so far. There was another issue too, in templates/xataface/forgot_password/password_has_been_reset.html but I couldn't work out what. The login URL being shown hadn't properly expanded the variables.

Hi Chris,

Thanks so much for this.  Any chance you could either *just* send me your modified copy of forgot_password.php so I can just paste it in whole.  Or make a PR in GitHub with the change so I can merge it that way?
