pywgrib2_xr

pywgrib2_xr is a package to read and write GRIB2 files, based on wgrib2. It's scope is similar to cfgrib. It comes with spatial interpolation library iplib.

The package was designed to read heterogeneous GRB2 files made by NCEP and available from ftp://ftp.ncep.noaa.gov/pub/data/nccf/com/.
