xar 1.5

xar 1.5 has been posted on the downloads page:
http://code.google.com/p/xar/downloads/list

The changes from 1.4 are extensive, there have been many bug fixes.
Some of the memorable highlights from 1.5 development are:
* Changed the way EAs are handled in the toc. Archives created with
1.4 should still extract with 1.5, except EAs will be lost due to this
change. EA storage in 1.4 was unsustainable, the EA representation in
1.5 should be fine for future versions.
* archiving EAs with non-UTF8 characters in the name is fixed
* Archiving ACLs on Mac OS X 10.4 should be fixed
* Some API enhancements
* Finder creation dates are preserved
* Some errors relating to ._ files were fixed
* Added a creation timestamp to the toc, recording when the archive was made
* Device nodes are properly preserved now
* symlink ownership is preserved again
