No configure file in SVN tree

I just downloaded the latest SVN code for xar to see if the latest
version worked around some of the issues in the official 1.4 release.
The source unfortunately was missing a "configure" file, which put a
crimp in my installation plans.

I copied over the configure file from the 1.4 tar.gz file, and that
seemed to work fine.

In any case, you may want to update that.

Just run autoconf on the configure.ac file. It doesn't really make
sense to store generated files in a revision control system.
