release 4.0pre2

Dear XaoS Contributors and Users,

we are happy to inform you that a prerelease version "4.0pre2" is available at

https://github.com/xaos-project/XaoS/releases/tag/4.0pre2.

4.0 is mostly about bug fixing, updated documentation and full support for Qt.

(The other drivers have been removed for code maintenance reasons.)

We appreciate all feedbacks and suggestions.
