New issue 48 by ans...@43-1.org: [PATCH] Crash when window manager forces
XaoS to a larger size then expected
http://code.google.com/p/gnuxaos/issues/detail?id=48

XaoS (3.2) would crash when the window manager forces XaoS to a larger
size then requested at startup. This can happen when using a tiling
window manager such as awesome, ion3, ...

The attached patch has been introduced in Debian to solve this issue.
Please consider applying it in the next release (it should apply to the
3.5 sources).

See also http://bugs.debian.org/452284 for the original bug report.

Regards,
Ansgar

This still affects archlinux' xaos-3.5-5 package.
Why is it not yet applied for everyone?
