I tried RF/Thermal analysis for RF cavity of Particle Accelerator.

Firstly I chose HF119 elements and performed HF electromagnetic
solving. I set boundary conditions of cavity wall as electric wall and
also applied surface impedance.

Next, I meshed all cavity surface areas with SURF152 element and input
some macro to apply the heat fluxes on the element. So the heat fluxes
were applied to the nodes of SURF152 elements that match node-for-node
the mesh on the surface of the RF model (with HF119 elements).

Before next step, I clear RF mesh and delete the associated volume
only (not area). Duplicating existing areas meshed with SURF152 I built
the thermal solid model of the cavity shell volume with the SOLID87
element. Merging keypoints to attach the area containing the heat flux
elements and I meshed the model with SOLID87 elements. Applying thermal
boundary condition I solved with the BC and heat fulx previously set.

If the analysis is solved successively I may look temperature
distribution in the cavity shell volumes. But An error occured and
analysis was stopped. The error is appeared on solving thermal
analysis.

"All nodes on the exterior faces of PML region with ESYS 0 have PEC
boundary condition. Please check the mesh density."

I cannot understand why the error occured? I just tried to solve
thermal analysis but the error is about electromagnetic boundary
conditions.

Can Anybody explain why this error occured and how I can fix it?
