lilA10 is popular in Malayalam shitposting community. It became popular after it's first appearance in a Facebook group dankmemesmalayalam . Later memes containing lilA10 got reposted on Facebook, Instagram and Reddit.
lilA10 is an absurd meme and is meaningless. It's used in places without any context. A morphism of T posting Garfield and Mohanlal's clean shaved face doesn't symbolise any idea in general.
